Terriers Advance To NEC Finals; Blank SHU
November 11, 2016
For the third time in four seasons, the St. Francis Terriers' men's soccer squad is returning to the Northeast Conference Championship, thanks to some late game heroics from hometown kid, senior NEC First Team All-Conference forward Salvatore Barone. The top-seeded Terriers (11-4-3, 6-0-1 NEC) were able to hold off the fourth seeded Sacred Heart Pioneers (5-11-2, 3-4 NEC) and will play host in Sunday's NEC title game at 1 p.m. in Brooklyn Bridge Park versus #2 Saint Francis U.
