2018 Boys IMG Academy Top 150 update
The IMG Academy Top 150 Player Ranking begins summer updates this week with a look at the 2018 boys class. This is one of four updates per year for each high school graduating class. The next update will be the 2018 girls class, which will be released next Monday.
The 2018 boys class features over a dozen new players in the national Top 150. Texans SC Houston midfielder Christian Cappis and Philadelphia Union Homegrown signing Anthony Fontana are the two most prolific players new to the list.
Cappis was the star of the Texans SC Houston run to the U.S. Soccer Development Academy Championship. He was named the Central Conference U18 Player of the Year. Fontanta made his debut against Swansea City and has Union coaches and staff singing his praises to anyone who will listen.
