English YNT captain picks ACC power
Another top European talent is heading to the college ranks this fall.
England Under-17 defender Carlotte Wubben-Moy will join North Carolina in the fall of 2017, a source confirmed to TopDrawerSoccer.com.

Wubben-Moy helped lead England to the 2016 Under-17 Women's World Cup, captaining the team in Jordan. She currently plays for Arsenal Ladies in the FA Women's Super League, debuting for the first team in July 2015. Her extensive youth international experience includes several appearances in UEFA U17 Championships in 2015 and 2016.
The defender joins Miah Araba, Brooke Bingham, Emily Fox, Alea Hyatt, Laura Sparling and Sydney Spruill as part of North Carolina's recruiting class for 2017.
