TDS Men's Division I Top 25: Nov. 23
November 23, 2015
As the seeds survived on Sunday, so did most of the top ranked teams in the men's Division I Top 25.
Georgetown's 3-0 home victory against Hofstra helped the Hoyas retain the top spot in the rankings, followed by fellow tournament winners Wake Forest, Akron, Stanford, Syracuse and Clemson in the top six.
No. 7 Notre Dame needed penalty kicks to push past Tulsa, topping the Hurricanes after the two sides battled to a 1-1 draw after 110 minutes in snowy South Bend. No. 8 North Carolina edged Coastal Carolina 2-1, while Creighton defeated Drake 5-1.
On the back of tournament wins over the weekend, Indiana, UC Santa Barbara and Boston College charged up the rankings, nestling nicely in the top 16.
