Texas

The University of Texas Soccer Camp for boys and girls is entering its eleventh summer under the direction of head coach Chris Petrucelli. One of the all-time winningest coaches in NCAA, Petrucelli has brought the Texas Longhorns to the forefront of college soccer.

Every summer campers from across the country come to Austin, Texas to train like a Longhorn. Offering both Advanced Residential and Day camps, refining technique and exposure to the tactical aspects of the game are keys to this intense soccer environment. Players do technical work under pressure of an opponent at all times. Proper tactical decision making is stressed in both training and game environments.  Both small-sided and full-sided games are used to expose players to a variety situations where tactical choices must be made.  This camp is for any player who strives to be the best.

All sessions are held deep in the heart of Texas at the home of the Longhorns, Mike A. Myers Soccer Stadium. Goalkeeper training is available at all camps. Individual instruction in both the technical and tactical aspects of goalkeeping is covered.
