The Girls Academy Champions Cup reached an electrifying conclusion on Tuesday afternoon, as six trophies were claimed by teams that battled through an incredibly competitive field. Here is a recap of all the thrilling drama from the U14, U15, U16, U17, and U19 finals.

U14 Final: Lamorinda 1-0 City SC White

There was only one goal in the U14 final as Lamorinda struck a golden goal after a scoreless regulation period versus City SC White. Fitting for a championship match, the winner came from a moment of brilliance as Dahlia Hutchins received at the top of the eighteen, cut in on her right foot, and found the top corner to leave the keeper with no chance.

It felt inevitable as Lamorinda created more clear-cut late chances to win, particularly through Ximena Quezada, who came close twice from the right wing.

Player of the Match: Dahlia Hutchins, Lamorinda

U15 Final: Lou Fusz 2-1 Indy Premier

For the second year in a row, Indy Premier faced Lou Fusz in the GA Champions Cup final, and again, the Missouri club secured the title. Despite the result, the Indiana side dominated the first half, with Zoey Montgomery firing from distance, Isabel Moreno winning back possession, and Olivia Jones starting counterattacks.

That momentum faded, however, as the second half began. The failure to capitalize was punished when diligent work from Charli Bartley on the right wing to chase down a loose ball led to a pinpoint cross for Ava Carter to slide home. Even so, Indy Premier responded almost immediately as a looping corner kick was headed home by Emerson Broshears just minutes after Lou Fusz took the lead.

With time running down and overtime looming, Carter struck again, scoring a superb long-range free kick and handing Lou Fusz a second consecutive trophy.

Player of the Match: Ava Carter, Lou Fusz

U16 Final: City SC White 2-1 SJEB

In an East-West battle, California-based City SC White captured the U16 GA Champions Cup. The first goal stemmed from midfielder McKay Gresik, whose precise deliveries created threats throughout the tournament. Her expertly placed free kick to the back post was bundled home for the opener in the first half.

Seven minutes later, City SC doubled the margin when Makenna Mitchell cut inside her defender, drawing a penalty that Grace Lisak converted. SJEB struggled to generate clear chances but finally managed a late consolation through an impressive solo run from Jackie Brownlee.

Player of the Match: McKay Gresik, City SC White

U17 Final: TopHat Gold 5-1 SC Del Sol

TopHat Gold, one of the more dominant Girls Academy sides in history, defeated SC Del Sol 5-1 to secure their second straight Champions Cup. Though the final score was lopsided, SC Del Sol struck first, scoring two minutes in through a brilliant solo run from Annabel Abraham, who beat two defenders and set up Addisyn Stam at the back post. After that, TopHat took control.

In the 18th minute, Brooke Barnes delivered a pinpoint ball over the top, allowing Bristol Kersh to race in and finish easily for the equalizer. Ten minutes later, Emily Baxter and Chloe Layfield connected on a perfect 1-2, with Layfield firing into the roof of the net for a 2-1 lead.

Halftime did not slow the Georgia-based side, who scored twice in 50 seconds to extend the lead to 4-1. First, Kersh won possession through a press and finished into the bottom corner. Then, Emory Pitts ran onto a long ball and slotted past the keeper. Kersh later sealed her hat trick with a 60-yard run from her own half, cutting inside a defender before passing her attempt into the corner.

Player of the Match: Bristol Kersh, TopHat Gold

U19 Final: TopHat Gold 2-1 STA

STA fell just short of a Champions Cup repeat as TopHat Gold overcame a 1-0 deficit to pull off a golden goal 2-1 win. It was the defending champions who scored first as Brianna Concepcion, fresh from USYNT duty, was slipped through on goal and executed a pinpoint left-footed finish early in the match.

TopHat equalized just before halftime when McKenzie Godfrey received the ball at the halfway line, dribbled past three defenders, and was fouled outside the six-yard box. She followed up by scoring on the rebound after her penalty kick was saved.

The golden goal winner would eventually come from Brynna Burrus, who exploded past her defender at the top of the box and blasted her attempt into the roof of the net.

Player of the Match: McKenzie Godfrey, TopHat Gold
