2013 star commits, will be defensive force
May 11, 2011
You name it, Miranda Freeman has done it. She’s earned just about every soccer honor there is, and for that reason and many others she’s one of the most sought after 2013 recruits in the country.
Well, she was. Freeman has given her verbal commitment to USC, joining Ali Khosroshahin’s program in the most competitive Pac-10. Her defensive prowess will be tested to the limit next season, but Freeman should be more than up for the task.

Miranda Freeman
A star player for Renegades Soccer Club, Miranda is No. 23 in our 2013 Top 100. As a central defender she is always in good supporting angles of her teammates and makes the game easy for herself and her team. She reads the game really well, often stepping in before the opponent can receive the ball. It is simply hard to beat her. But USC is the one program that won’t have to worry about that.In other commitment news:
