The UCLA Bruins are loading up on talented recruits once again. With only a week to go before 2016 National Signing Day, the Bruins look to be the top of the pile in terms of accruing recruits for this year’s recruiting class.
The Bruins have six recruits who have given their verbal commitment for the 2016 class. The six include four players with youth national team experience. The danger of recruiting elite talent is that not all of the players end up on campus. UCLA already lost out on Danilo Acosta, a standout defender, who signed a professional contract with Real Salt Lake in December. Even though Acosta took off for the professional level, the Bruins still have the top class in the conference.
Stanford, California, Washington, Oregon State, and San Diego State have all put together highly regarded classes with lots of potential. The Huskies have the largest class for this year with seven kids giving their verbal commitments to Washington.
