Jack Shaw, Midfielder, Chicago Fire
Class: 2016
Commitment: Wisconsin
Jack Shaw of the Chicago Fire’s U18 US Soccer Development Academy team and 2016 graduate has committed to play soccer for the University of Wisconsin.
In his fifth year with the Fire Academy, Shaw has been a four-year starter and contributor on the Fire’s U16 and U18 teams. The attacking midfielder played for the Chicago Fire in the Generation Adidas Cup in both the 1997 and 1998 cycle years. Shaw was called in to train with the Chicago Fire’s first team this fall.
An honor roll student at Marquette University High School, Shaw will graduate from the Milwaukee, Wisconsin school in May before enrolling at the University of Wisconsin in the fall of 2016 with a focus on Political Science.
