FRISCO, Texas - The Dallas Cup XXXVI had the first of its championsip games on Saturday at Toyota Stadium along with two finals from the MLS Generation adidas Cup for U17 academy teams and a strong international field. The New York Red Bulls had the top U.S. finish with a 2-1 overtime win over the Independiente for the 2015 Generation adidas Premier Division title. Palmeiras defeated FC Dallas, 2-1, in the third place game of the Champions Division. 

A look at some of the top DC36 finals: 

U16 Championship 

Seattle United B98 2, Crossfire Premier 0

With great spacing and passing, Seattle took control of tempo early in an U16 Championship win over Crossfire Premier U15 Pre Academy of Washington.

Seattle captain Jackson Ragen scored on a header from a well-played free kick in the 12th minute.

Talented forward Paul Rothrock scored on a sweet left-footer while crossing in front of the net for a 2-0 lead in the 38th minute just before the 40-minute halftime.

Even with a two-goal margin, Seattle kept consistent pressure in the second half during a near-perfect 66-degree, late afternoon match at Toyota Stadium.

U15 Championship

Eintracht Frankfurt 2, Golden State 1

With two good looks on shots in the final seconds, California's Golden State U14 couldn't quite rally past an impressive Eintracht side.

Golden State's Kevin Aguilar-Cervantes put in a one-toucher off an assist from Daniel Castaneda in the 79th minute to pull within a goal.

Golden State couldn't complete the rally off the Germans, who subbed in several fresh legs in the final 15 minutes. Eintracht scored first off a direct free-kick from the top of the box in the 14th minute. Frankfurt left winger Murad Mahmudov gave fits to Golden State, which got two yellow cards on defenders trying to physically corral Mahmudov who had an assist on the second goal.

U14 Championship

AC Brea 1 (3), FC Dallas 1 (1)

Living off overtimes and shootouts to advance through the knockout rounds, Brea did it again with a 3-1 advantage on penalty kicks in the final.

Brea captain Tye Hernandez accounted for a 1-0 lead on a goal in the fourth minute. Brea also had a pattern of scoring early in its tourney games.

FC Dallas Pre-Academy 01s got play the championship in their hometown MLS FC Dallas' Toyota Stadium. The Pre-Academy team reached the final in a semi over the FC Dallas 01 club.

FC Dallas Premier tied the score by Luis Pacheco in the 20th minute.

U13 Championship

San Diego Surf 3, Golden State 1

A pair of California teams came 1,500 miles to play in the Dallas Cup final. Golden State, with a large contingent of support from its age groups who participated in DC36 this week, took a 1-0 lead in the 27th minute on a goal by Juan Cruz.

The Surf retook the lead after two goals by Alfredo Moran, who scored in the 31st and 50th minute. Zachary McGordon added the final goal in the 61st minute.
