The Under-15 teams at the 2021 ECNL National Playoffs had to have their schedule adjusted on the fly. Unlike the other age groups, the quarterfinals weren't able to be completed in Florida, and shifted to Virginia late next week.

Eight teams from the age group advanced to the quarterfinals in Richmond, VA. Solar SC, World Class FC, San Diego Surf, Kansas City Athletics, WNY Flash Academy, Colorado Rapids, Challenge SC and Internationals SC advanced to next week’s elite eight.
