With only a few weeks remaining before ECNL San Diego, some of the elite girls club soccer teams in the land take the field this weekend with streaks, playoff seeding, and undefeated seasons on the mind.

U14

Eagles Soccer Club has a big weekend ahead with games against Slammers FC and West Coast FC on the horizon. Eagles sits in fourth place in the Southwest Conference and is trying to chase down Slammers and West Coast FC, which sit in third and second respectively. Eagles went 0-2 earlier this season when the teams met for the first time.

De Anza Force and Mustang SC head to Utah this weekend for games against FC Nova and Utah Avalanche. All four teams are searching for progress as early results have not been entirely favorable. Force’s attack leads the quartet as it has managed 17 goals in 11 games.

In Texas, Dallas Texans take on Solar Chelsea Soccer Club in a battle between the second and third place teams in that conference. Solar also has a fixture against FC Dallas on Sunday. Solar’s balanced attack of Lauren Tovy, Courtney Sebazco, and MacKenzie McFarland will be looking to snag six points from the two games.

U15

San Diego Surf faces a busy week with a game on Wednesday against So Cal Blues and then games against Real So Cal and Strikers over the weekend. Surf sits in second place in the Southwest Conference. The potent Surf attack featuring Chloe Frisch, Arlie Jones, and Catarina Macario will be one to watch this weekend.

FC Stars of Massachusetts returns to conference play for the first time since December with games against FC Bucks and Penn Fusion SA. Stars won their opening games with a combined 13-1 score.

PDA, the top team in the championship standings, is in action this weekend with games against Match Fit Academy and Continental FC Delco. PDA has only let in two goals in five games this year.

U16

Maryland United continues to churn through the opposition and OP Ohio Premier and Internationals SC are in line for this weekend. Maryland is 7-0-0 on the season with 21 goals scored and 0 goals conceded. Kia Rankin leads the attack with 10 goals in as many games.

Crossfire Premier, another undefeated team in conference play, hosts MVLA And Pleasanton Rage this weekend. The Northern California teams offer a fresh test for the dominant squad from Seattle. U.S. youth national team player Madison Schultz will be the one to watch, as she has scored 10 goals this season for Crossfire.

Real So Cal’s Julia Pedati has been destroying defenses in the Southwest Conference this season with 17 goals in 14 games. This weekend her squad faces a challenging set of games with road tests against San Diego Surf and Slammers FC. Both teams shut out Real So Cal 1-0 in the earlier meetings this season.

U17

Dallas Sting revs up for its final stretch of regular season games in the coming months with a fixture against Challenge SC on Sunday. Sting (10-0-2) sits in the top spot in the conference and championship standings. Challenge SC is searching for its first conference win over the season.

Mustang SC’s trip to Utah is noteworthy as the team continues to push for a higher seeding in the championship standings as the final weeks of the season slowly inch up on them. Mustang is 5-0-2 in conference play thanks to the efforts of Anyssa Dominguez, Miranda Mild, and Madeline Gibson who have 12 goals between the three of them.

U18

In the Metro Division, PDA and Continental FC Delco square off for the first time this season with the top spot in the standings on the line. Both teams are in the early stages of the season and have started their campaigns brightly. Kirsten Miller leads the charge for Delco with three goals in two games.
