ECNL Recap: Hat tricks galore

U14
Sophia Smith’s hat trick paved the way for Real Colorado’s 3-1 defeat against local rivals Colorado Rush. Jamie Tatum assisted on two of the goals, while Madison Duren also had a helper.
Four different players – Abby Gardiner, Jessica Giese, Madison Myers and Alexa Spaanstra – all scored as Michigan Hawks beat Vardar 4-1 on Saturday. The two sides played again on Sunday, with the Hawks winning 3-0. Madison Donley, Giese and Myers checked in with goals again.
Midfielder Hannah Sharts bagged the game’s only goal as Real So Cal topped Eagles Soccer Club 1-0. Sharts scored and assisted in Real So Cal’s 3-0 win over Strikers FC on Sunday, with Audrey Castillo and Samantha Fisher also scoring.
West Coast FC’s Kaitlin Collins and Mia Roth accounted for the offense as they topped SC Del Sol 2-0. Kailey Smith setup both goals in the win. In their other game of the weekend, West Coast drew 0-0 with Sereno SC.
After opening the weekend with a 1-1 draw against Challenge SC, Tamier Grosvenor and Amber Lyons scored as Dallas Sting topped Texas Rush 2-1 in a win on Sunday.
U15
It was a successful swing south for Washington Premier over the weekend. First, goals from Leahi Manthei and Camille Murphy drove the squad to a narrow 2-1 win against FC Nova. Jenna Killman scored a hat trick in a 3-0 Sunday win over the Utah Avalanche.
A trio of goals from Eve Hewins pushed Scorpions SC to a 5-0 win against SoccerPlus Elite. Rachel Boule and Elizabeth Weimer also scored, while Kristen Franzini had a hat trick of assists. Scorpions lost 4-0 in their other game of the weekend against Connecticut FC.
West Coast FC put together a clean weekend, picking up two wins with two shutouts. First, a goal from Sophia Serafin was all that they needed in a 1-0 victory against SC Del Sol, while Serafin scored twice on Sunday in a 2-0 defeat against Sereno SC.
Ilena Rivera setup Mira Nepomuceno’s game-winning goal, as MVLA topped Santa Rosa United 1-0 on Saturday.
U16
Jordan Hill, Cyera Hintzen, Kayla McKeon and Kirsten Siragusa accounted for Dallas Sting’s offense in a 4-2 Saturday defeat of Challenge SC – consolation goals went to Jessica Gerow and Emily Kaestner. The Sting also rolled on Sunday, with Hintzen scoring a hat trick, while Lakyn Pope and Stefani Doyle tallied in a 5-0 win.
On the strength of goals from Lauren Markwith and Hannah Stammer, So Cal Clues SC edged Sereno 2-1. Markwith and Stammer were at it again, tallying in a 2-0 win over SC Del Sol on Sunday.
Slammers FC won a couple of close encounters – Roisin Allaeddini’s goal beat Heat FC 1-0, while Carly Malatskey and Ayana Robles accounted for the offense in a 2-0 win against Las Vegas Premier.
Christina Trickett bagged a quartet of goals, accounting for International SC’s entire output in a 4-1 victory against Ohio Elite Soccer Academy. Internationals also beat Carmel United 4-0.
Crossfire Premier enjoyed its road trip, securing a pair of comfortable wins: topping Utah Avalanche 3-0, and beating FC Nova 5-0.
U17
A goal from Shelby Roberts helped Sereno SC edge So Cal Blues SC 1-0. The Arizona side couldn’t make it two wins in two – a pair of goals from West Coast FC’s Laura Buck, along with a Leah Pruitt strike saw the California side win 3-2 on Sunday. Allison Raniere and Natalie Stephens provided Sereno’s consolation goals.
World Class FC picked up full points in both of their weekend games, posting identical 2-1 victories over FC Bucks and Penn Fusion SA respectively.
Anja Koehler scored twice, Erika Arkans, Olivia Erlbeck and Hailey Rittershofer all tallied as San Diego Surf beat Las Vegas Premier 5-1. The Surf also found their scoring touch in Sunday’s outing, topping Heat FC 3-1.

Sweeping past its Texas rivals over the weekend, D’Feeters began the two-day slate with a 2-0 defeat of Texas Rush, as Morgan Middleton and Megan Uhr accounted for the goals. Middleton scored again, while Lauryn Bruffet also tallied in a 2-0 defeat of Challenge SC.
Eclipse Select and Michigan Hawks played each other twice over the weekend. After a 0-0 draw on Saturday, Eclipse SC picked up the full points with a 2-0 victory on Sunday.
U18
Goals from Holly Neshat and Jessica Morales provided the offense for San Diego Surf in a 2-1 win against Las Vegas Premier. Three different players – Darby Clements, Camelia Tirandazi and Pilar Torres scored in a 3-1 Surf victry on Sunday over Heat FC.
Real So Cal received goals from Alexandra Bruder and Jessica Fogel in a 2-1 victory over Eagles SC. In Sunday’s game, Brittney McKinney scored a hat trick and Noel Askins also tallied as Real beat Strikers FC 4-1.
Extending its winning streak to eight games overall – the team actually hasn’t lost this season – PDA beat Penn Fusion and FC Bucks over the weekend, 5-0 and 7-0 respectively.
