FIU lands Top 50 recruit for 2017

One of the top uncommitted players for the boys class of 2017 has made a decision.
Orlando City defender Jordi Avila, the No. 48 ranked player in the 2017 IMG Academy Top 150, will join Florida International later this year.

A regular for Orlando City at the Under-18 age group this year, appearing in 27 games, making 22 starts during the 2016-17 campaign. He'll be a key part of Orlando's back line at the upcoming U.S. Soccer Dev. Academy playoffs. He's also been on the bench for Orlando City B in the USL.
Owen Green and Matias Barraza are the other two 2017 recruits that have reported their commitments to FIU.
