How ECNL makes the roster for the NSG
The Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) kicks off the third National Event of the 2021/2022 club season on Saturday in Florida. The third event is also the third installment of the National Selection Games for this club season for the ECNL.
The National Selection Games (NSG) was introduced to the league during the 2019 season, and have been a huge success. The all-star game was designed to get the best players competing against each other in a showcase environment. College coaches bought into it immediately as a perfect scouting opportunity for the best talent in each age group.
ECNL National Selection Director Aaron Brunner talked with TopDrawerSoccer this week about the player selection process, balancing the rosters, and the return of the National Training Camp.
