The TopDrawerSoccer Top 150 Player Ranking, presented by IMG, for the boys class of 2018 has been updated to start the fall 2017 edition. The boys class is the first update for this edition. Future Werder Bremen forward Joshua Sargent is the No. 1 player in the boys class of 2018. Sargent, the leading scorer for the U.S. U20 Men’s National at the 2017 World Cup, leads the way this group.
Jaylin Lindsey jumps up to No. 2. Lindsey’s play at the 2017 U17 World Cup helped confirm his spot as a five-star player within this class. The versatile defender looks to be a top prospect from this class.
There are over a dozen new players to this class with this update. Luke Kiley jumped up into the top 50 and moved from a three-star player to a four-star player thanks to his continued dominance in the attack as one of the best forwards in his region.
