Under-15 Boys
Just when it looked like the Under-15 Boys final between SCSA 93 Gold (NC) and Tulsa Soccer Club 94 Black (OK) might head to penalty kicks, SCSA's James Calvert had other ideas. Calvert scored about five minutes into the first extra period, a tally that held up for the duration as SCSA claimed a 1-0 win and a trip to nationals. However, Ricardo Garbanzo didn't just put CESA ahead with one goal, he gave them some extra breathing room by adding a second. Edmond ESC 91 Black (OK) and long time rival and defending Under-18 Girls National Champions Dallas Texans 91 Red (N-TX) played scoreless soccer for 127 minutes.
