Real So Cal midfielder Adam Saldana jumps up to the No. 2 spot in the Southern California Regional Rankings with this update. Saldana was one of the bright spots for the U.S. U15 Boys National Team during the 2017 CONCACAF U15 Championship in Bradenton, Florida this month. The defensive midfielder looks to be one of the players to watch in the future.
Seattle Sounders midfielder Joshua Atencio is the new No. 1 player in the Pacific Northwest. He was another standout from the U.S. U15 BNT showing at the 2017 CONCACAF Championship. Atencio is one of the three Sounders players in the top three in the region.
The Midwest region might be the most impressive in this age group. Damian Las and Axel Alejandre highlight the region as two of the top players in the country. Las is the starting goalkeeper for the U.S. Youth National Team. Alejandre is the starting center back and easily one of the best defenders.
