The Elite Clubs National League Texas tournament came to a close after Monday’s matches were cancelled due to inclement weather in Houston. A total of 152 youth clubs, ranging from U14 to U18, took part in this two-day event that featured the best of girls club soccer in front of scouts from the biggest colleges in the nation.
