Top 150 Analysis: 2021 class breaks barrier
The boys had their turn. Now it’s time for the 2021 girls class to have its first pass under the national spotlight.
Earlier this week, the IMG Top 150 girls class of 2021 earned its first publication after a tireless few months of ranking, assessment and chats with myriad club coaches. The result is a shockingly robust class that nonetheless is polishing off its U14 age group before matriculating up the ladder. And more to the point, it’s the first class in several years to have the option to spend the majority of its development future outside the ECNL in the Girls Development Academy.
