Bartlow, Halsey added to 2021 GA class
Ethan Bartlow and Bret Halsey have both signed MLS contracts and joined the 2021 Generation adidas class, the league announced on Tuesday.
Bartlow was the Pac-12 Defender of the Year in 2019, leading Washington to a stellar campaign that saw the program reach the NCAA quarterfinals. He made 38 appearances in two seasons, scoring six goals and adding three assists.

A right back and central midfielder, Halsey started in all 31 games he's appeared in for Virginia, as he leaves the ACC program after playing three seasons of college soccer. He was a key part of the team's run to the 2019 national championship game as the team's starting right back.

Calvin Harris (Wake Forest), Philip Mayaka (Clemson) and Daniel Pereira (Virginia Tech) round out the 2021 edition of the Generation adidas class.
