ALBION, Mich. - After a defensive battle in the first half, the Trine University men’s soccer team battled back with an offensive fury in the second half to take down Albion 2-0. The win improves the Thunder to 6-9-1 on the year and 4-6-1 in the conference.
The first half saw the two teams combine for just five shots on goal, four of which came from the Thunder.

Duquette would later add his own goal in the 83rd minute to cement the win for the Thunder.
Sophomore goalie Chris Stewart (Rochester Hills, Mich./Rochester) made three saves on the afternoon for the Thunder.
Trine will return home to host Alma on October 24 for a 4:00 p.m. game.
