Rachel McMahon Named to Daktronics All-South Central Region Second Team

CANYON, Texas:  Ranger women's soccer has earned a Daktronics All-South Central Region Second Team accolade this afternoon.  Senior midfielder Rachel McMahongarnered the honor after her performance on the pitch for Regis.

During the 2013 season, McMahon held down midfield for RU while putting in five goals and notching two assists for 12 points for her team.  She managed a 47.4 shot on goal percentage after putting 18 of her 28 shots on throughout the year.

The senior also recently earned All-RMAC Third Team honors as well as a spot on the Academic All-RMAC Honor Roll.

Regis finished 2013 with a 9-8-2 overall record and 6-6-2 record in the RMAC, earning a spot in the RMAC tournament and winning their first game against New Mexico Highlands.
