Men's Preseason Top 100 list revealed

Ahead of the men's preseason Division I season, TopDrawerSoccer has released its annual Preseason Top 100 Players to Watch list.
Aiming to project the most significant contributions from upperclassmen in the upcoming season, Stanford defender Tanner Beason starts the season as the No. 1 player.
NC State attacking midfielder David Loera comes in at No. 2, followed by Akron forward David Egbo, North Carolina midfielder Mauricio Pineda and UCF's Cal Jennings.
In a reflection of college soccer's reliance on international talent, 46 players from the Top 100 come from outside North America, as elite American and Canadian talent opt to bypass school altogether, or leave early for pro opportunities.
The men's Top 100 rankings was constructed in consultation with The Soccer Syndicate, North America's only independent soccer scouting network.
