Ravens Shut Out at Abington

ABINGTON, Pa. – The host Penn State – Abington Nittany Lions (2-1) shut out the Rosemont Ravens (0-4) in men's soccer this afternoon by a final score of 3-0.
The first half of today's game was touch-and-go, with both teams scoreless until the 35th minute, when PSU-Abington's Arjol Shpuza scored to put the home side up 1-0.
Trailing by the 1-0 score going into the second half, the Nittany Lions scored again in the 48th minute and again, late in the game (89th minute) to account for the final score.
Next up, the Ravens continue their non-conference schedule a week from today when they host the Aggies of Delaware Valley University on Tuesday, 9/15 at 7:00pm.
