Rider earns 2-1 road win at Monmouth
WEST LONG BRANCH, NJ – Clement Bourret (Orleans, France/Lycee Jean Giraudoux) scored a first-half goal and assisted on Sylvain Coco’s (Nimes, Frances/University of Montpellier) game-winner in the 59th minute as the Rider University men’s soccer team defeated Monmouth, 2-1, Saturday night on Hesse Field. With the win, the Broncs improve to 5-8-1 (4-3-0 MAAC), while the Hawks are now 2-12-1 (0-8-0 MAAC).

In the 59th minute, Coco elevated to head in Bourret’s corner kick for what proved to be the game-winning goal.
