TDS Division I Women's Top 25: October 10
Top 10 upsets have left this week's TopDrawerSoccer.com college soccer rankings impacted like never before in the 2016 season.
BYU, USC, Stanford, UCLA, Florida State and Arkansas all suffered defeats last week, many at the hands of ranked opponents.
The Cardinal lost its first game of the season, shipping three goals for the first time since 2005 in a 3-0 defeat on the road to USC. Stanford did bounce back on Sunday, winning 3-2 in double overtime against UCLA.
West Virginia stepped into the No. 1 seed after continuing its domination of Big 12 opposition, winning on a two-game road swing against Iowa State and Kansas. South Carolina's surged continued, as the Gamecocks defeated fellow SEC title challenger Arkansas by a 3-1 score on Sunday. With a 13-0-1 record overall, South Carolina moved into the No. 2 spot.
Round out the top five are Duke, which sits in first place in the ACC, Virginia and USC. The Trojans suffered its first defeat in 10 games on Sunday, losing 1-0 at home against California.
