TDS Women's DI Top 25: Finishing No. 1
December 5, 2016
For first time all season, USC is the No. 1 ranked team in the country.
The Trojans finish the 2016 campaign on top in the wake of Sunday's 3-1 victory against West Virginia.
Joining the champs in the top four are the other three College Cup teams, with West Virginia, Georgetown and North Carolina finishing high in the final rankings update of the season.
The win provides a fitting ending for USC's senior class that included title game contributors Morgan Andrews, Savannah Levin, Sammy Jo Prudhomme, Katie Johnson, Kayla Mills and Mandy Freeman.
Check out the final TDS Women's Top 25 of 2016.
