Women’s DI tournament projection: Oct 30
Believe it or not, conference tournament time is already here for the Division I women’s soccer season.
Over the next week and a half, automatic bids will be clinched and the field of 64 will take shape as the race for Boca Raton and the College Cup hits a new gear. It’s also an apt juncture to take a stab at what the field might look like if it were selected today.
Below is a projection of the field of 64, including potential conference automatic bid winners and at-large bids, with each program’s current RPI (from Monday's release) listed in parentheses. At the bottom are the 16 teams and their projected seed.
