Elite players deliver when it matters most, and Siena Stambolich did just that for Kent State to earn Player of the Week honors.

To start the week, the Canadian midfielder scored an Olympico and had an assist in a 4-1 defeat of Bowling Green to close out the regular season. That strike proved to be a moment of foreshadowing. Tied 1-1 in overtime of a quarter-final MAC matchup, Stambolich scored her second olympico of the week to give the Golden Flashes a dramatic golden goal victory.

GK: Mia Hamant, Washington - Delivering the performance of a lifetime, Hamant made 12 saves to end regulation at 0-0, then stopped three penalty kicks as Washington upset No. 17 Iowa in the first round of the Big Ten tournament.
D: Julia Nicholas, Manhattan - Nicholas played every minute and provided an assist in each game as Manhattan earned victories over Iona and Siena.
D: Mieke Schiemann, Penn State - In a clutch performance, Schiemann played all 90 minutes, then scored with 90 seconds remaining as Penn State upset No. 15 Minnesota in the first round of the Big Ten tournament.
D: Nyla Blue, Tennessee - Blue delivered two exceptional defensive performances and added an assist as she played every minute in identical 1-0 clean-sheet victories at Florida and Kentucky.
M: Baylee DeSmit, Loyola (MD) - Continuing her epic season, DeSmit scored three and assisted two as the Greyhounds defeated American and Colgate.
M: Naya Marcil, Western Carolina - With three goals and an assist, Marcil was in top form as the Catamounts took down Wofford and Chattanooga.
M: Siena Stambolich, Kent State - An overtime game-winner capped off a week where Stambolich delivered two excellent performances.
M: Mika Krommenhoek, BYU - Krommenhoek was on fire with two goals and an assist as BYU secured a resounding 5-1 upset of No. 22 Oklahoma State in the Big 12 tournament.
F: Tori Waldeck, Pepperdine - With two goals and an assist, Waldeck was the difference as Pepperdine handled San Diego 5-1.
F: Kristina Karlof, Wisconsin-Milwaukee - Another to shine in a 5-1 victory, Karlof scored twice and assisted another in just 48 minutes versus Wisconsin Green-Bay.
F: Mackenzie Compton, Lindenwood - Compton produced a brace and an assist to lead Lindenwood to an OVC quarter-final victory past Southeast Missouri State.
