HS: Fall FAB 50, Nov. 14

One week remains in the high school fall season, and very little is left to be settled in the boys and girls Top 10s.

This past week, No. 4 Martin Luther King (Manhattan, N.Y.), No. 5 Delbarton School (Morristown, N.J.) and No. 8 [St. Francis De Sales oh-m] (Columbus, Ohio) solidified places in the boys soccer final Top 10 with championship wins. On the girls side, Portland Jesuit (Portland, Ore.) locked down the No. 2 spot, with St. Anthony's (Melville, N.Y.) and Loveland (Ohio) securing spots in the final Top 10 following state title wins.

The fall season comes to a close this weekend as Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachsuetts, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Washington crown the final state champions.

BIG MOVERS: BOYS: McQuaid Jesuit (N.Y.). McQuaid jumped from No. 43 to No. 22 after finishing off a perfect season with a New York Class AA state title, ending an 11-year championship drought for the section. ... GIRLS: Baldwinsville (N.Y.). Baldwinsville ended the District 1, 8 and 9 dominance in the New York AA state tournament with a state final win over Massapequa. Baldwinsville became the first school outside of District 1, 8 and 9 to win a AA state title since 2007. The result moved Baldwinsville from No. 50 to No. 14.

GIRLS: No. 20 West Springfield (Mass.), No. 21 Summit Country Day (Cincinnati, Ohio), No. 22 King Philip (Wrentham, Mass.), No. 25 Newton South (Mass.), No. 29 Westford Academy (Westford, Mass.), No. 41 Conestoga Valley (Lancaster, Pa.), No. 46 Villa Joseph Marie (Holland, Pa.), No. 47 Centennial (Boise, Idaho), No. 48 Washburn (Minneapolis, Minn.), No. 49 Camas (Wash.) and No. 50 Issaquah (Wash.).
