HS: Mass. teams hold Prep No. 1 rankings
With a few matches played and plenty of the prep school movement reported, the first TopDrawerSoccer Prep Top 10 for the 2015 season reflects some slight changes over the preseason rankings, which were compiled last month -- well before players reported to school.
As is often the case, incoming international students and/or the loss of expected returning talent can quickly change the fortunes of a prep school program.
The big move this week is defending Class A champion and last year's Prep Top 10 No. 1 team, Noble and Greenough (Dedham, Mass.) returns to the No. 1 ranking this week, replacing Rivers School (Weston, Mass.), which tied its season opener.
On the boys side, Berkshire School (Sheffield, Mass.) stays at No. 1.
