WINTER SEASON
TOP STORY: It was a storybook ending for Rivera (Brownsville, Texas) boys and Coppell (Coppell, Texas) girls last week as both capped undefeated seasons with multi-goal wins in the Texas Class 6A state finals. The results secured Rivera's place at No. 2 in the final SIMA FAB 50, while Coppell tops the charts in the SIMA FAB 50 girls rankings.

GIRLS: Ben Franklin (New Orleans, La.) moved into the final Top 25 after the Texas playoffs helped lead to a reshuffling of a few teams on the fringe of the Top 25.

SPRING SEASON
TOP STORY: It took just one result to further enhance Illinois' standing among spring-playing girls soccer states. Loyola Academy (Wilmette, Ill.) knocked off former SIMA FAB 50 Top 10-ranked St. Teresa's Academy (Kansas City, Mo.) 2-1, and the net result is 13 Illinois teams in the rankings. While St. Teresa's, which has a 3-0 win over St. Thomas Aquinas (Overland Park, Kan.), went 0-1-1 in Illinois over the weekend, St. Thomas Aquinas was rolling through the Catholic Challenge, which included a 2-0 win over former Top 25-ranked and perennial Wisconsin power Divine Savior-Holy Angels (Milwaukee, Wis.).
BIG MOVER: BOYS: [Germantown Houston tn-m] (Germantown, Tenn.) makes a 10-spot jump in this week's rankings. GIRLS: Naperville North (Naperville, Ill.) moves from No. 42 to No. 18 following a 3-0 win over Waubonsie Valley (Aurora, Ill.) last week.
