San Ramon Valley (Dannville, Calif.) won the boys version of the Tri-Valley Classic, [Choctawhatchee fl-m] (Fort Walton Beach, Fla.) won all three matches at the Capital City Classic and St. Paul's (Covington, La.) flexed its muscle with a win over Mississippi's top-ranked Madison Central (Madison, Miss.) to highlight action last week among the winter-playing high school states.

Meanwhile, it was pretty much status quo for the top-ranked programs -- boys and girls. Fourteen of the 16 region No. 1 teams from last week remain in the top spot this week.
