By week's end, the SIMA FAB 50 winter boys No. 1 ranking might be decided.

This week's Montverde Academy Soccer Tournament features five SIMA FAB 50 Top 25 teams, including five-time defending MAST champion and host [Montverde Acadey fl-m] (Montverde, Fla.). The eight-team tournament with teams from Florida, California, Louisiana and Texas serves as the season-ending event for Montverde Academy, the current top-ranked program, which is riding a 154-match undefeated streak.

No. 4 The Woodlands (Texas), No. 15 Watsonville (Calif.), No. 23 St. Paul's (La.) and No. 24 Gulliver Prep (Fla.) round out the Top 25 teams in the event.  

BIG MOVERS: BOYS: Strake Jesuit (Texas). This perennial Houston power moves up 10 spots to No. 30 in this week' SIMA FAB 50 following a 2-0 showing at the Klein Showcase. ... GIRLS: California (San Ramon, Calif.). Undefeated California vaulted from No. 36 to No. 16 in this week's rankings following a draw with No. 17 Monte Vista (Danville, Calif.).
