Region, State HS Rankings: September 22

St. Anthony's (Melville, N.Y.) takes over No. 1 in boys soccer East Region following a loss by St. Benedict's Prep (Newark, N.J.) on Saturday, highlighting a week full of state and regional changes.
Evansville Memorial (Evansville, Ind.), Farmington (Farmington, Conn.) and Granite Bay (Granite Bay, Calif.) also inherit regional No. 1 rankings in boys soccer this week.
Meanwhile, there were no changes among the girls soccer regional No. 1s, but a few states received an overhaul in state rankings.
