1. Georgetown* (1)
Commitments: M Jack Brown (PA Classics – No. 41), GK Charles DeMarco (New York Red Bulls – No. 45), D Tate Lampman (Houston Dynamo – No. 54), M Matthew Evans (Los Angeles FC – No. 69), F Mitchell Baker (Black Rock FC – No. 72), F Zayan Ahmed (Solar SC – No. 78), F Aidan Godinho (Florida Kraze/Krush), F Jordi Sada-Paz (Crystal Palace), M David Urrutia (NYCFC)
The reclassification of Mitch Baker keeps the Hoyas on top. It’s a big boost for Georgetown after Jacob Murrell’s decision to turn pro with D.C. United.
2. Saint Louis (2)
Commitments: D Gershon Henry (Real Salt Lake – No. 28), F Jackson Delkus (St. Louis City SC – No. 46), M Braydon Sellers (St. Louis City SC – No. 73), M Drake Fournier (Austin FC – No. 91), M Zach Stanton (St. Louis City SC – No. 123), GK Connor Dillman (St. Louis Scott Gallagher), F Andrew Heckenlaible (Minnesota United FC), D Xavier Holloway (North Carolina FC)
Transfers: F Luis Lara (Stetson), M Tiago Lopes (Campbell), M Draven Barnett (Temple), D Joseph Maher (Indiana)
SLU is knocking on the door of back-to-back top-ranked groups. Maher as a grad transfer is a massive addition.
3. Notre Dame (3)
Commitments: M Jacob Bartlett (Sporting Kansas City – No. 61), M Ian Shaul (Hartford Athletic – No. 62), GK Blake Kelly (Real Salt Lake – No. 92), M William Schroeder (Sockers FC – No. 124), F Stephen Dunphy (San Diego Surf – No. 145), M Brady Hilden (Shattuck St. Mary’s)
A decorated class is heading to Notre Dame. It’s the non-pro players that could really make the difference, however. Dunphy is a dynamic striker that won an ECNL National title in the summer of 2023. Schroeder and Hilden are both accomplished players in MLS NEXT as well.
