As the U.S. Under-15 BNT program wraps up a trip to Europe, the Under-17 men’s youth national team squad begins a journey of its own.
The U17 MNT is competing at the UEFA Development Tournament in Portugal from May 1-10. A 20-player roster has been named by Gonzalo Segares, with 14 holdovers from the team’s trip to South America.
Segares has a long runway towards the U17 Concacaf Championship, as the timeline for that tournament isn’t even out. Still, these five players are worth watching as games take place this week.
