Gamero Signs with FC Barca Femini B
Onyeka Gamero, one of the top prospects from the class of 2024, has signed with FC Barcelona Femini B.
The livewire winger from California is No. 6 in the Club Soccer Player Rankings, presented by IMG Academy, for the class of 2024. She had previously committed to play at Stanford.

Gamero previously played for Beach FC in California. She's a longtime veteran of various U.S. youth national teams. Last year, she played at the Under-17 World Cup with the U.S. This year, she helped the Under-20 team qualify for the 2024 U20 World Cup.
She holds a Spanish passport, allowing her to move abroad before turning 18. Her pro career will begin with the B team of FCB, one of the top women's clubs in the world.
