The ECNL National Event in Florida featured two National Selection Games (U1918 and U17/16). The National Selection Games have been a staple of the national events for the ECNL over the last few seasons.
The games feature hundreds of college coaches in attendance as they scout the top talent from those age groups in the all-star game environment.
ECNL National Selection Director Aaron Brunner chatted with TopDrawerSoccer about the scouting process for those games earlier this month.
The NSG in Florida featured some top talent, not only from the region but from the country as U.S. Youth National Team scouts must have been thrilled with the quality of attacking talent on display in the thrilling fixture in the younger game.
