Friday marks the start of this year’s MLS NEXT Fest event in Southern California.
The shifting of age groups means that MLS sides will send Under-18 (with 06 players allowed to compete) to battle it out in the Pro Player Pathway. That means several of each team’s top senior prospects are likely to compete, whether it’s to make a claim on a pro contract or to continue to improve before beginning a college career.
