Morgan Andrews repeats as Gatorade POY
On Wednesday, Morgan Andrews became the first athlete to win the Gatorade National Girls Soccer Player of the Year in consecutive years. She is only the ninth two-time winner for any sport.
Andrews, the former U17 Women’s National Team captain, will join Notre Dame in the fall. She will also head to Los Angeles in the coming weeks to vie for the Gatorade Athlete of the Year title.
Gatorade also announced the winners of the state player of the year titles this week. Below is a list of the winners from the 50 states plus the District of the Columbia.
