North Carolina adds second 2020 commitment

A U.S. youth national team veteran and the No. 34 ranked player for the class of 2020, Abby Allen has verbally committed to North Carolina.
The native of Texas, Allen is a midfielder force for Lonestar SC’s U15 side in the ECNL. The U15 side is at the tail end of its current reason, holing an impressive record of 10-1-3 in the Texas Conference.

Allen earned a call-up to a U.S. Under-14 Girls National Team in July 2016, and impressed at a U.S. Club Soccer id2 camp back in March 2016.
She is the second player to commit to join North Carolina in 2020, joining Florida native Kai Hayes.
