The U.S. U17 Women’s National Team won the NTC Invitational on Monday with a 2-1 victory over Japan in the finale from the event. The deciding match featured a number of players playing up an age group or two, as the U.S. has put trust in some of the rising talents of U.S. Soccer in recent years with more challenging environments.
Following the game, TopDrawerSoccer chatted with U.S. U17 WNT head coach B.J. Snow about the young squad, his expectations for the CONCACAF Championship, and his thoughts on Mallory Pugh and the NWSL.
