CARSON, California - With 10 new faces on the camp roster last week, the U.S. U14 Boys National Team needed some time to get adjusted. On Thursday, the youngest youth national team, which consists of players born in 2001, faced challenging opposition on top of the difficulty of figuring out the tendencies of the new teammates.
Despite the obstacles, the U.S. still had some strong individual showings from a game against players two years older. Those showings could help make a case for a spot on the upcoming trip to Europe.
