Discussing the U.S. U14 Boys National Team is an ongoing, little reward process as these players are years away from reaching the limelight of the more high profile youth development stages with the U17 and U20 World Cups.
But there are still meaningful events on the horizon for this cycle of players, predominantly born in 1999, as they gear up for the first international test coming in May with a trip to Croatia.
U14 BNT head coach Hugo Perez told TopDrawerSoccer.com he will be calling in a roster for 20 players for the trip to Europe, which leaves on May 19, including a player who is already in Europe.
