US Youth Nationals: U14 Boys Preview
Group Preview
All teams in the 14U Boys age group at the US Youth Soccer National Championships are coming fresh off of the US Youth Soccer Regional Championships. The defense appears to be the strong suit for most of the teams as Beadling 2003 (PA-W) battled through the group stage in Virginia without allowing any goals, while FC Wisconsin WDA (WI) allowed one at Region II, and CDA Slammers FC HB 03 Godinez Black (CA-S) allowed two in Seattle. In Region III, USA/MP 2003 Premier (SC) held a sturdy back line in the knockout rounds after enduring 1-0 victories in both the quarterfinals and semifinals. The National Championships will continue to put the teams to the test, as they compete at the event for the first time.
