Each team in the 14U Girls age group at the US Youth Soccer National Championships has earned its first US Youth Soccer Regional Championship title. The preliminary round displayed close results for all sides, as not a single team went into the knockout rounds undefeated. LVPSA 03 Red (NV) has the most experience in the National Championship Series after consecutively winning the Nevada State Cup in 2015, 2016 and 2017. SDFC Yellow (NJ) and Nationals Union 03 Black (MI) both came back in their respective Regional Championships to claim the crowns. In Region III, Tennessee SC Showcase (TN) endured a battle of kicks from the mark in the final match. Despite being newcomers to Nationals, all teams have already experienced intense matches through the National Championship Series and are ready for the final stage.

Region I: SDFC Yellow (NJ)

How they got to Nationals
SDFC Yellow (NJ) won Group C at the Region I Championships with a 2-0-1 record. In the knockout rounds, SDFC won the semifinals and the finals by one goal each, defeating FC Stars 03 (MA), 1-0, and SMS Power (MD), 2-1. SMS did get on the board first in the championship match, but SDFC came back with two goals to secure the Regional title.

Region II: Nationals Union 03 Black (MI)

How they got to Nationals
Nationals Union 03 Black (MI) made it out of group play at the Region II Championships with a 2-0-1 record. The Michigan side claimed a 3-0 win over Cleveland United (OH-N) in the semifinals, and the finals against KHA Red (KY) required some work from Nationals Union before it could claim the Regional title. While KHA scored a fifth-minute goal, Nationals Union tied up the match with a late strike and piled on three goals in the overtime periods to seal the win.

Region III: Tennessee SC Showcase (TN)

How they got to Nationals
Tennessee SC Showcase (TN) led a close Pool C with a 1-0-2 record. The knockout rounds resulted in tough matches as Tennessee SC took a 1-0 win over Dallas Texans 03 South (TX-N) in the quarterfinals and a 1-0 win over UFA 03 Premier (GA) in the semifinals. In the final match against Florida Elite 2003 (FL), each team scored a goal in the second half. With two scoreless overtime periods, the two teams faced each other in kicks from the mark, and Tennessee SC came out victorious.

Region IV: LVPSA 03 Red (NV)

How they got to Nationals
LVPSA 03 Red (NV) took second in Group A at the Region IV Championships with a 2-1-0 record. In the quarterfinals, the Nevada side piled on a 4-1 win over San Diego Soccer Club (CA-S) and earned a 3-2 win against Leahi 03 Premier (HI) in the semifinals. LVPSA faced the Group A winner, Legends FC 03 Academy (CA-S), for a rematch of the 2-0 loss in the preliminary round. The championship proved to be a different game as LVPSA claimed a 2-1 win over Legends FC.
