Signing day was just two weeks ago, as college stars officially submitted national letters of intent and took another step closer to starting a college career.

The class of 2013 became finalized at the time, but schools are still officially releasing recruiting classes, which over the past two weeks has triggered changes in the 2013 recruiting rankings initially released a few weeks ago.

UCLA recruit Jaime Villarreal looks destined to pass on becoming a Bruin, as he wasn’t a part of the school’s official release and is searching for pro options -- however, that isn’t enough to knock them from the top spot.

Changes in fact, were very minimal at this time. Syracuse dropped out of the top 20 with the decommitments of Benji Lopez and Jalen Markey, with Ohio State taking their place. NC State also moved up a couple of spots, supplanting Wake Forest in the teens because of the unknown status of Wake recruit Jacori Hayes.

Below is the first update for the class of 2013 recruiting rankings:

1. UCLA
2. Furman
3. Maryland
