The countdown to the start of the women’s Division I college soccer season dwindles by the day, as the race for another national title could be as close as ever.

Some of the biggest names have departed the college ranks after graduating to pursue professional careers in the United States or abroad. Plenty of impact talent remains, including a handful of players who featured at this summer’s Women’s World Cup.

Plenty of expectations surround the likes of Kadeisha Buchanan, Raquel Rodriguez and Ashley Lawrence, all three who competed in Canada with their respective national teams, and also land TDS preseason honors.
